Estimates & Pricing Disclaimer
All prices listed on this website are base estimates and may vary depending on system size, condition, and required repairs.
Final pricing may change based on findings during service. Any additional work will be communicated whenever possible prior to completion.
Service Scope & Additional Zones Disclaimer
All service packages and agreements include coverage for up to ten (10) irrigation zones. Properties with more than ten (10) zones will incur an additional fee of $10 per zone beyond the included amount. Additional charges will be applied to the final invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.
Backflow Testing & Retest Policy
If a backflow prevention device fails inspection, repairs may be required to bring the system into compliance. Any necessary repairs will be billed separately for parts and labor. Once repairs are completed, a retest will be required and a $25 retesting fee will be applied.
Winterization Disclaimer
Winterization services are intended to significantly reduce the risk of freeze damage; however, Blow Right Irrigation LLC does not guarantee complete prevention of freezing or related damage.
Factors such as extreme temperatures, system design, and pre-existing conditions may still result in damage.
Backflow Testing Disclaimer
Backflow testing is performed in accordance with Indiana state requirements.
While Blow Right Irrigation LLC submits required documentation on behalf of the customer, final approval and compliance are subject to local municipality regulations and requirements.
Scheduling Disclaimer
Requested service dates are not guaranteed. All appointments are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, and operational capacity.

2. Service Scope
Blow Right Irrigation LLC provides irrigation services including (but not limited to) seasonal startups, backflow testing, winterization, and maintenance and repairs. All services are subject to system condition, accessibility, and weather or environmental factors. Additional repairs or services may be required beyond the original scope and will be communicated when possible.
3. Service Agreement & Right to Refuse Service
All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Blow Right Irrigation LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any property that poses a safety risk or does not meet service requirements.
4. Seasonal Contracts, Renewal & Transfers
Service season begins March 1st annually. Contracts are non-refundable for the current season and may auto-renew upon a confirmation email. Customers must opt out before the new season begins. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Contracts may be transferred to a new homeowner with written notice.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Once the irrigation system has been turned on for the season, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly insulate and/or wrap the backflow prevention device against freezing temperatures. Blow Right Irrigation LLC is not responsible for damage to the backflow device or related piping caused by freezing conditions after system activation.
6. Pricing, Payments & Estimates
All pricing is a base estimate. Seasonal packages must be paid in full upfront. Payment for individual services is due upon completion. Accepted methods are credit card (3% fee), cash (exact change), and check. A late fee of 5% per month applies after 30 days.
7. Additional Policies
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or unmarked utilities. A 30-day workmanship guarantee applies to repairs. Privacy is protected, and photos are used for internal records only unless consent is given.
